Who are the practitioners?

✨ Dr.Lydia Au, DACM, L.Ac: Lydia Au, DACM, L.Ac. is a Doctor of Chinese Medicine and a licensed acupuncturist. She graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and continued her studies at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine (now Sonoran College of Naturopathic Medicine). While at SCNM, she focused her studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine and graduated Pacific College of Health Sciences with her doctorate in Chinese Medicine.

✨ Anicee Chen, CMT, MLD-C: Anicee Chen, CMT, MLD-C is a Certified Lymphatic Drainage Specialist for Post-Op Surgery and Wellness (CAMTC #89973). Anicee's mission is to provide holistic, natural, and effective healing to her clients who are recovering from surgery or seeking wellness. Her practice includes assisting clients to heal more quickly after surgery, while optimizing their health and immune systems, and educating them about postoperative care. Additionally, Anicee works with many clients who seek Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) for wellness and know how vital it is to maintain a healthy lymphatic system.

✨ Charmaine Horn, BSN, RN, EFTMP-C: Charmaine Horn, BSN, RN, EFTMP-C is a Registered Nurse, Certified Qigong Instructor, and Certified EFT Practitioner. While working as a psychiatric nurse, she discovered the calming power of Qigong after joining a patient that was doing Tai Chi to calm his anxiety. Inspired by this moment, she left nursing in 2020 to explore holistic healing. After going through her own struggles with grief, burnout, and anxiety in 2022, Qigong became a personal lifeline for her. Now, Charmaine is dedicated to helping others reduce stress, anxiety, and depression through Qigong to live more joyful, fulfilling lives.
