Fire & Water is a women’s event to help you ignite your inner strength and tap into your inner calm.
You’ll start out by breaking a sweat with a fun and empowering 30-minute kickboxing and high-intensity training (HIT) workout hosted by 30-Minute HIT in Tustin. The workout will include 2-minute circuit workouts that are based on boxing, kickboxing, general self-defense, and core stability training. (Open to all fitness levels!)
Afterwards, you’ll cool down and learn how to calm your mind and body with a soothing Qigong moving meditation (including self-massage, breathwork, and gentle movement), and a grounding Tibetan singing bowl sound bath.
